Proverbs 23:7 tells us that we are as we think we are, so we have to think well of ourselves in order to be the best selves we can be. Don't let anyone convince you that you are not God's finest. Don't let anyone convince you that you weren't created on purpose for a purpose. And please don't think that the way any of us was conceived matters, because it doesn't. You see, man makes mistakes, but God doesn't. There are no accidents when it comes to God's magnificent creations. He has a plan for your life -- for all of our lives. So think well of yourself, because you are somebody and the world is a better place because of you, yes because of you. God was deliberate when He created you.
Jeremiah 1:5 is the proof of that. It says, “before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations.” That means you are valuable, precious, and substantial to God and to people too. Somebody loves seeing your face and somebody loves having you around. So you have a godly right to walk in your own confidence. Yes, God's off-spring -- His children -- have a divine right to think well of ourselves. You are as you think you are, so think highly of yourself. God does.
