Imitate God

“Imitate God, therefore, in everything you do, because you are his dear children” (Ephesians 5:1). What another amazing scripture that is, right? Who doesn't want to be like God? I do not mean, to have all the abilities He has. None of us could even come close to handling such a thing. We would fail before we even began. What I'm saying is striving to do the great things He put inside of us. And if He placed them inside of us, then we can walk and talk like Him. When we do that, people will see Him and will change for the better hopefully. Anyway, let's imitate God as much as we can. But before I go, let me say that if and when we fall short (and I do often), we can start all over again to get things right. The Lord is a graceful, patient God who knows how we operate, so He is aware of the things we deal with. Don't give up living for Him.

Protecting My Peace - Day 95 - We Have to Stop Giving Away Our Power
