Do you know that when we move, God moves? Yes, sometimes He's simply waiting for us to make a move of faith on that thing we've been wanting to get done. We have to move and operate in faith. Hebrews 11:6 says, "and without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him." And James 2:14-16 speaks to faith without works being dead.
What do you want God to do in your life? How do you want Him to intervene in the desires of your heart? He will definitely act on your behalf. Yet we have to keep in mind that we have to do our part. We have to put some elbow grease behind those words and behind those scriptures we quote, right? Yes, speaking life over our circumstances is awesome, but there must be more that comes with it. In other words if we "see" it and believe it, then the proof will be in the actions we put behind our words. It's also about writing the vision we have for ourselves -- that means what God placed inside of us and running with it. Habakkuk 2:2 speaks to that.
My point is that we have to put action behind what we want to happen in our lives or our words are just empty, worthless, cheap talk. And I don't know about you, but I did so much talking years ago, that I absolutely wore myself out not doing anything about those grand plans I had for my life. I was lip service so I wasted lots of time wasting time. So today I've come to tell you, that whatever it is you want to do in your life, can happen when you make it happen. When you just start. That's it. We do our part and God will do His part. He will move when we move.
