Keep your faith up

Daily Devotional Podcast. Follow along with blog post.
Has anyone told you lately that better days are coming for you? If so, let this message be confirmation and if not, then I have some new news for you today. Either way, get ready, better days are coming for you. Yes, you. Believe it. If you've been coming to my blog or listening to my podcast, you should know that believing is crucial to receiving, so walk into that blessing God has for you. Keep your faith high, because as we know, without faith it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6), so get and keep your faith up.

In other words, we can't worry about yesterday, right? So, why not just focus on tomorrow, because better days are still in store for you and I. And we have lots to rejoice about. So, we have to at least think we deserve more, because God certainly thinks that. I refuse to get down with living in regret and disappointment. I used to live there years ago and no mas. What about you? Let's value setbacks as times of learning milestones, and tests for testimonies. And let's choose to maintain positive thinking for positive growth. How does that sound? It sounds great to me.

Just know that it's never too late for us to get things right and in order for progress. Lamentations 3:22-24 says, "but this I call to mind, and therefore I have hope: The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." The Lord has better days in store for you, so keep your faith up.

Protecting My Peace - Day 98 - Momentum and Movement, That’s What's Up

Click to listen to current podcast episode. “Never Giving Up” are power-words — strong affirmations that give us momentum and movement. That’s what’s up. We can do so much more in our lives when we have momentum and movement. It’s about standing, literally and not sitting or laying around feeling sorry for ourselves. I used to do that once upon a time and that sorrowful thinking is for the birds. We don’t have to be down. We can get up and get going even if we start small. In fact, I love starting small, because it helps set a firm foundation of habits and routines. Momentum and movement will help us get and maintain a position of strength to do what God says we can do. Protecting My Peace - Day 96 - Disciplining Ourselves for Next Level Greatness

Click to listen to today's podcast episode. When it comes to next level greatness, we have to know that applies to us, not just everyone else. Do you know what God has for you? Do you? He has GREATNESS for you. Yes, YOU -- all of us. It's about doing what you can do and only you can do. You are the only one with your DNA -- none of us. is the same Yet, even when we're feeling down, discouraged, and out, those emotions are only temporary. None of us has it all together. Sometimes I procrastinate and put things off when I know I should be doing better. Yet, I am not as diligent and disciplined as I can be sometimes. Like when it comes to working out, I delay it, because I don't like it anymore. And although I love reading the bible, I haven't been reading it as often as I should lately. Yes, I, Sharon, the Faith Coach, do not do the things I'm supposed to do when I'm supposed to do them. And that my dear friends should not come as a shock to no one. It certa

Protecting My Peace - Day 95 - We Have to Stop Giving Away Our Power

Click to listen to today's podcast episode. Are you giving away your power? Are you letting people take control over our lives? If so, it’s time to stop operating like that. If we’re letting anyone influence us to the point that it’s causing us emotional pain or taking our peace, we have to move away from such people. It doesn’t matter if it’s in a personal or professional environment. Stay positive and productive in the process though, because dealing with challenges are part of the life process. Nevertheless, we can “fight” for our right for peace and respect. We just fight smart and continue to know who we are, especially who we are in Christ Jesus.
