I'm Better

Thank you, God.
I was just thinking how much better I am, because of the Lord.

I'm so much faster, stronger, and I'm almost able to leap tall buildings in a single bound. 

Yes, the Lord gives us superhuman strength like that when we ask Him to direct our paths. He makes things available to us that defy reason. You could say He sometimes does things that don't make sense to people. It's a supernatural thing.

That's why He's God and we're not.

I'm so grateful and thankful for Proverbs 3:5/6, because those scriptures are reminders that I can trust in Him with all my heart. And even though I don't understand things, that's ok. I just lean on Him in every one of the ways I think, the ways I go, and the ways I do. Then I go out of my way to acknowledge Him. And guess what He does?

He makes my paths smooth as He directs them.

How can I go wrong with that?

Protecting My Peace - Day 95 - We Have to Stop Giving Away Our Power
